So far, I am in love with this protein. I have finished one 2lb container of the Chocolate Supreme.I choose Casein Protein because I wanted a slow digesting protein. I drink it for breakfast so it keeps me full until lunch. I drink this with 12 ounces of 1% milk with a "heaping scoop" of this protein power. The combination of milk and protein powder is very rich and delicious. I don't have any trouble drinking it down, though I take about 20 minutes to do so because its so filing.
